We just put up the Squadwave landing page and opened the waitlist. No prototype yet — this is step one: figuring out whether enough paddlers and kayakers want a small, affordable device for knowing where their group is on the water.

What's next

• Finalizing the short-range MVP design (relative position, drift alert, SOS)
• First hardware prototype
• Reading every reply to the waitlist confirmation email — if you paddle in a group, we want to hear about it
